International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated at checkout and, where applicable, may be collected by DHL Express or local customs authorities before delivery.
SHIPPING POLICY
At URBALENTI™ NYC, every order is handled with care, clarity, and attention to detail.
All orders are fulfilled in Milan, Italy, and shipped via DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and order verification.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and carrier schedules. For orders shipped to the United States, delivery is typically estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order value, item count, and other order details. Current shipping guidance is available on our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or carrier administrative fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Where applicable, they may be collected by DHL Express, local customs authorities, or another authorized agency before or upon delivery.
To help prevent delays, please monitor your DHL tracking and respond promptly to any request from the carrier or customs authorities.
EUROPEAN UNION ORDERS
For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the order total where required.
Because orders are fulfilled in Milan, Italy, customers within the European Union generally should not be charged additional import duties upon delivery.
