These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of urbalenti.com and to orders placed through our website. By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Shipping Policy, Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

These Terms should be read together with those policies. Where a policy page provides more specific operational information, including current shipping rates, delivery estimates, return instructions, or refund procedures, that information applies to the relevant order except where prohibited by applicable law.

URBALENTI™ NYC is an independent, online-only luxury fashion retailer headquartered in New York, United States.
We offer authentic designer fashion through established luxury distribution channels. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Milan, Italy.

We do not operate a physical retail storefront open to the public. Any New York mailing address listed on the website is used exclusively for administrative correspondence and business matters.
USE OF OUR WEBSITE
You may use urbalenti.com for lawful, personal, and non-commercial shopping purposes.
You agree not to use the website to:
- Commit fraud or submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with website security or checkout systems
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content
- Attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer accounts
- Purchase products for unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution
- Engage in activity that violates applicable law or these Terms
We may restrict access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, or refuse service where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, suspicious activity, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for confirming that your billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct and accessible.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, customs holds, return-to-sender situations, or other order issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible customer information.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, availability, pricing, and related product details as accurately as possible.
Because many designer items are available in limited quantities and inventory may change quickly, product availability is not guaranteed until the order has been verified and accepted for fulfillment.
An order confirmation email confirms that your order request has been received. It does not guarantee final product availability or fulfillment acceptance.
In rare cases, an item may become unavailable or out of stock after an order confirmation has been issued. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and may issue a refund to the original payment method, offer store credit, or assist with an alternative product where available.
We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update product information, modify pricing, remove listings, cancel unavailable items, or refuse an order where a product was listed incorrectly, priced incorrectly, unavailable, or affected by a technical, inventory, supplier, payment, or fulfillment issue.
AUTHENTICITY
We offer authentic designer fashion sourced through established luxury distribution fulfillment center.
We do not sell counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized imitation goods.
Product names, logos, trademarks, and brand references belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify products offered for sale.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that all billing, shipping, contact, and payment information provided is accurate and authorized.
Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, product availability, address verification, and fulfillment confirmation.
We may cancel or refuse an order where payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, an item is unavailable, the shipping address is incomplete, or the order appears inconsistent with normal personal-use purchasing.
If an order is canceled before fulfillment, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Checkout on urbalenti.com is protected through secure third-party payment processing services.
We do not store, archive, or retain full credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or complete payment credentials on our own systems.
Payment information is processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Those providers may retain transaction records or payment-related information as required for payment processing, fraud prevention, accounting, security, compliance, or legal purposes.
We may receive limited transaction information, including payment status, authorization results, billing details, card brand, and the final four digits of a payment card, where provided by the payment processor.
SHIPPING & IMPORT POLICY
All orders are fulfilled in Milan, Italy, and shipped via DHL Express.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability, order verification, and fulfillment processing.
Delivery times begin after dispatch and vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and carrier schedules. For orders shipped to the United States, delivery is typically estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, order value, item count, and other order details. Current rates, delivery estimates, free-shipping eligibility, and any applicable logistics supplements are available on our Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page.
Free DHL Express shipping may be available on eligible United States orders over $450, subject to the conditions displayed at checkout and on the Shipping Rates & Delivery Times page.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, carrier administrative fees, or other local import charges, depending on the destination country.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, these charges are not included in the order total unless otherwise stated at checkout or in the applicable shipping policy.
Where applicable, such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by DHL Express, customs authorities, or another authorized agency before or upon delivery.
Some shipments may clear customs without additional charges, but this cannot be guaranteed.
DHL Express, customs authorities, or local agencies may contact the recipient directly regarding duty payment, customs clearance, identification requirements, address confirmation, delivery scheduling, signatures, or shipment release.
To help prevent delays, customers should monitor their tracking information and respond promptly to requests from DHL Express or customs authorities.
UNPAID DUTIES, REFUSED DELIVERY & RETURN TO ORIGIN
If duties remain unpaid, delivery is refused, customs communication is ignored, or the shipment cannot be delivered, the order may be returned to its fulfillment origin in Italy.
Where permitted by law, return shipping, customs charges, reimportation costs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and related expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable after dispatch unless the issue results from a verified fulfillment mistake or a refund is otherwise required.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to item eligibility and the requirements stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns must receive prior authorization. Packages returned without authorization, through an unapproved shipping method, or to an unauthorized address may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition.
All original tags, security tags, labels, designer packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and included accessories must remain intact and be included with the return.
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, fragrance, stains, missing tags, missing packaging, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return unless they were received incorrectly, damaged, defective, or the issue resulted from a fulfillment mistake:
- Final sale items
- Special-order items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Underwear
- Hosiery
- Socks
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Earrings
- Pierced jewelry
- Body-piercing jewelry
- Face coverings
- Items with hygiene seals or protective strips that have been removed, opened, damaged, or tampered with
- Items missing original tags, security labels, packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, or included accessories
Items returned outside the approved return period, without prior authorization, or outside their original condition may also be refused.
RETURN SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL RETURN COSTS
If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with tracking information.
The cost of the prepaid label and other return-related expenses may be deducted from the eligible refund unless the return results from a verified fulfillment mistake.
Returns originating outside the European Union may require customs clearance when re-entering Italy.
Applicable return shipping charges, customs clearance costs, reimportation duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier charges, and related international return expenses may be deducted from the eligible refund where permitted by law.
The reimportation process in Italy is handled on a case-by-case basis. Applicable costs are determined only after the returned item enters the reimportation process and therefore cannot always be calculated or confirmed in advance.
NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS
Unless the return results from a verified fulfillment mistake or reimbursement is required by applicable law, the following costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from the eligible refund where applicable:
- Payment processing fee equal to 4% of the order value
- Original outbound shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties and import taxes
- Courier and brokerage charges
- Reimportation-related charges
- Other applicable international return expenses
These charges may be paid to carriers, customs authorities, payment processors, logistics providers, or other third parties.
Import duties and taxes paid to customs authorities, DHL Express, or other carriers are not refundable through URBALENTI™ NYC. Depending on local customs procedures, customers may be able to request reimbursement directly from the applicable customs authority.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for refund processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on eligibility and the selected refund option.
Refunds issued to the original payment method may require additional processing time depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact Client Care as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- Clear photographs of the packaging
- Clear photographs of the tags
- Clear photographs showing the visible issue
Please keep the item and all original packaging until Client Care provides further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If the issue is verified as a fulfillment mistake, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances.
PROMOTIONS & OFFERS
Discounts, promotions, store credit, gift cards, affiliate offers, ambassador offers, and special campaigns may be subject to additional terms.
We may modify, limit, suspend, or end a promotion at any time, except where prohibited by applicable law. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively unless otherwise stated.
Only one promotion may be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, page layouts, product presentation, editorial content, and original brand elements, belongs to URBALENTI™ NYC or the applicable rights holder.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, publish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
Customer reviews, comments, photographs, messages, suggestions, or other submitted content may be used for customer service, internal review, website display, marketing, or promotional purposes where permitted by law.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Your use of urbalenti.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect customer information and website security. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We do not store or archive full payment card information on our own systems.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may use third-party providers for payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, tracking, analytics, fraud prevention, marketing, customer support, and website functionality.
We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, errors, outages, policies, or actions of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, URBALENTI™ NYC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, shipping services, third-party services, or inability to access the website.
Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the item involved in that claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
