Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please complete our Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order, or reply to your order confirmation email to begin the return process.
Please include your order details, the reason for your return, and the current condition of the item.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including a DHL Express return label and the appropriate return address.
As return destinations may vary depending on the original shipping location in Italy, approved returns must be sent only to the address provided in the return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part, URBALENTI™ will cover the return shipping cost.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may, where applicable, be deducted from the final refund amount. Return shipping costs may vary depending on the country from which the return is initiated.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Client Care team as soon as possible by completing our Contact Form or by replying to your order confirmation email. We generally respond within 24–48 hours.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, we do not accept returns for the following items:
- perishable goods
- custom-made items
- sale items
- gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, we recommend contacting our Client Care team before submitting your request.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, size, or color, you must first request a return in accordance with this policy. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order separately, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times generally range from 1 to 7 business days.
