Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost applied to your order.
Estimated delivery timing after dispatch depends on the destination country and DHL Express transit times.

If your country does not appear at checkout, it may be due to current shipping or supplier restrictions.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and any other destination-based charges are not included unless otherwise stated.
When applicable, these charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds
Return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery, provided all eligibility conditions are met.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- returned with original packaging, tags, and accompanying materials
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Items marked as final sale, personalized, or custom-made are not eligible for return unless received defective or incorrect.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the details of your request. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
