Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our European fulfillment warehouses, primarily located in Italy.

Processing time: 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Complimentary Economy Shipping is available for eligible destinations and will be displayed automatically at checkout when applicable.

Tracking information is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Import Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

United States: Import duties and import taxes are included in the final product price. Customers will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

State and local sales tax may still be calculated at checkout where required by applicable law. Sales tax is separate from import duties and import taxes.

European Union: VAT is included in the product price. No import duties apply to orders delivered within the European Union.

Rest of the World: Import duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

For destinations outside the United States and European Union, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all applicable customs and import regulations.

Where applicable, the carrier or local customs authority may contact the recipient directly to request payment before customs clearance and final delivery.

Our fulfillment network includes multiple authorized locations across Italy, including Milan, Florence, Rome, Naples, Como, Bergamo, Modena, Parma, Pescara, Piacenza, and Pomezia.

This network provides access to a broader designer selection, improved product availability, and more flexible delivery options.

Depending on the fulfillment location, destination, and service availability, orders may be shipped with DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another trusted carrier shown during checkout.
