DHL Express Worldwide: All orders ship from Milan, Italy via DHL Express. Full tracking included from dispatch to delivery.

Secure Payment: Checkout protected with SSL encryption. Credit card information is never stored.

Client Care: Our team monitors every order through final delivery and is always available to assist.

At URBALENTI™, shipping is handled with clarity, care, and attention to detail. All orders are fulfilled from our dedicated logistics center in Milan, Italy and shipped worldwide via DHL Express.

URBALENTI™ is an independent luxury fashion retailer based in New York City, curating authentic designer fashion through a refined urban perspective. All orders are prepared and dispatched from Milan, Italy.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

How Quickly Are Orders Dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and verification. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times begin after dispatch and vary by country, customs processing, and carrier schedules.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. For destinations outside the EU, shipping covers transportation only.

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except where required by law or error by URBALENTI™. Shipping is a service rendered at dispatch and cannot be recovered.

International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. Some destinations may have restrictions due to customs regulations or carrier limitations. If your country is not available at checkout, shipping is currently unavailable for that location.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES - NON-REFUNDABLE

Import Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We offer duty payment assistance upon request.

Critical: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and carrier charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law. These are government and third-party charges collected at import and are not retained by URBALENTI™.

Low-Value Supplement
A small $20 logistics fee may apply when items from the same designer are under $200. This helps maintain competitive pricing on single items.

Orders Outside the EU
Orders are shipped on a DDU/DAP basis. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the shipping cost.

Orders Within the EU
No additional customs duties apply. The shipping rate already includes the applicable 22% VAT.

Orders to the United States
Duties and import taxes are not included. Some orders may clear without extra charges, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Customs Requirements
Some countries may require additional information such as tax ID, national ID, or customs declarations for clearance.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. They may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

International Orders
By placing an order, you acknowledge that import duties and taxes may apply and are your responsibility. You further acknowledge that shipping charges and duties/taxes are non-refundable service fees paid to third parties.

RETURNS: KEY CONDITIONS YOU ACCEPT AT CHECKOUT

By placing an order, you accept our full Returns & Refunds Policy. Key conditions:

1. 14-Day Window: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Costs: For returns not due to URBALENTI™ error, you pay round-trip DHL shipping, reimportation fees to Italy [VAT], and 4% processing fee. Costs are quoted before we issue your DHL label.
3. Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping, duties, taxes, VAT, and import charges are never refunded, except by law or URBALENTI™ error.
4. Final Sale Items: Footwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel are Final Sale due to international reimportation costs.
5. Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in undamaged original packaging. Damaged boxes = return rejected.
6. DDP Returns: You act as importer of record into Italy. New customs charges apply upon re-entry to the EU.[duty][brokerage]

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

URBALENTI™ operates as an international luxury fashion retailer with fulfillment from Milan, Italy. International orders may involve customs clearance procedures, import regulations, carrier verification processes, and destination-based duties or taxes.

1. Responsibilities of URBALENTI™
URBALENTI™ is responsible for:

• Providing authentic luxury products sourced through authorized distribution channels
• Preparing and dispatching approved orders via DHL Express
• Providing shipment tracking information once dispatched
• Assisting with general shipment support and carrier communication when reasonably possible
• Providing approved return instructions per our Returns Policy

2. Responsibilities of the Customer
By placing an international order, you acknowledge responsibility for:

• Monitoring shipment tracking updates during transit
• Reviewing email/SMS alerts and carrier communications from DHL Express or customs
• Responding promptly to customs clearance or carrier verification requests
• Paying applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, VAT, or carrier administrative fees where applicable
• Ensuring shipping address, phone, and email at checkout are accurate and accessible
• Remaining available for delivery coordination, signature requirements, or customs communication

3. Customs Clearance & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to: import duties, customs processing fees, VAT, destination taxes, carrier administrative charges. These are determined by destination country and are not controlled by URBALENTI™.

4. DHL Express & Delivery Procedures
DHL Express may contact you directly regarding: import duty payments, customs verification, address confirmation, delivery scheduling, signature authorization, or shipment release. Failure to respond may result in shipment delays or customs holds.

5. Return-To-Sender [RTS] Situations
A shipment may be returned to sender if: import duties remain unpaid, you do not respond to carrier/customs communication, delivery is refused, shipment remains unclaimed, or delivery attempts fail. RTS procedures incur additional international transit, customs processing, storage, and reimportation costs which will be deducted from any eligible refund.

6. Reimportation Fees & International Return Costs
International shipments returned to origin may be subject to reimportation fees, customs processing costs, carrier administrative charges, brokerage fees, and international return handling expenses. These charges apply independently of URBALENTI™ and are determined by carriers and customs authorities.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By placing an international order with URBALENTI™, you acknowledge and accept that:

1. Shipping charges and import duties/taxes are non-refundable service fees paid to third parties
2. International luxury shipping involves customs procedures, carrier verification, import charges, operational delays, and destination-country regulations beyond URBALENTI™ direct control
3. Returns incur round-trip shipping, reimportation fees, and 4% processing fee per our Returns Policy
4. You act as importer of record for returns to Italy
