Return FAQs
Everything you need to know about our return process, eligibility, and refund timelines.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept approved return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
What condition must returned items be in?
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, in the original undamaged packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. All authenticity cards, dust bags, and accessories must be included.
How do I start a return?
Submit a Return Request Form within 14 days of receiving your order, or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and current condition of the item.
Do I need return authorization?
Yes. All returns must be reviewed and approved before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.
Will I receive return instructions?
Yes. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions including a DHL Express return label and the approved return address in Milan, Italy. The label is issued within 24–48 hours after return costs are confirmed.
Where do returns go?
All approved returns are processed through our distribution center in Milan, Italy — the same location from which orders are dispatched.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to an error by URBALENTI™, we cover 100% of return costs.
In all other approved cases, return costs are the customer’s responsibility and include: round-trip DHL Express shipping, reimportation fees into Italy (VAT, customs duty, brokerage), and a 4% order processing fee charged by our Luxury Distribution fulfillment partner in Milan to cover logistics and handling costs already incurred at the time of purchase.
What is the 4% processing fee?
A 4% order processing fee charged by our Luxury Distribution fulfillment partner in Milan covers logistics and handling costs already incurred at the time of purchase. This fee is non-refundable as it represents a service already rendered. URBALENTI™ does not apply any markup to this charge.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, provided your return request is submitted within the 14-day return window and the item meets all return conditions listed above.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order separately, subject to availability.
Are sale items returnable?
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Which items are non-returnable?
The following items are final sale and non-returnable unless the error is attributable to URBALENTI™:
Footwear · Intimate apparel · Swimwear · Jewelry and earrings · Fragrances, perfumes & cosmetics · Perishable goods · Custom-made or personalized items · Final sale items · Gift cards.
Are personalized or custom-made items returnable?
No. Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Can I return a gift card?
No. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. Contact our Client Care team immediately via our Contact Form or by replying to your order confirmation email. Include photos of the packaging and item. URBALENTI™ will cover all return costs in these cases.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected in Milan, you will be notified by email of approval or decline.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method for the product value only. Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection, plus 3–7 international banking days. Transfers to certain regions may require up to 15 business days.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error by URBALENTI™. Shipping is a service rendered at the time of dispatch and cannot be recovered once completed.
Are duties and taxes refundable?
No. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and destination-based charges paid on the original shipment are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law. These are government and third-party charges not retained by URBALENTI™.
What happens if I send a return without approval?
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and will not qualify for a refund.
What if my shipment is returned to sender?
If a shipment is returned due to unpaid duties, refusal, failed delivery, or an incorrect address, all associated costs — including international shipping, customs, handling, brokerage, reimportation into Italy, and a 4% order processing fee charged by our Luxury Distribution fulfillment partner in Milan — will be deducted from any eligible refund.
