Answers to the most common questions about shipping, orders, duties, and returns.

URBALENTI™ is an independent luxury fashion retailer based in New York City, curating authentic designer fashion through a refined urban perspective. All orders are prepared and dispatched from Milan, Italy.

At this time we do not operate a physical storefront open to the public. Our New York mailing address is available for formal correspondence and business matters.

📦 Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties may be payable to DHL upon delivery. Duty payment assistance available upon request.
💰 Low-Value Order Supplement: If items from the same designer are under $200, a small $20 logistics fee may apply. This helps us keep single item prices low.

1. How quickly are orders dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and order verification. Delivery timing after dispatch depends on DHL Express transit times and the destination country.

2. Will I receive tracking details?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

3. What is included in the package?

Each order includes the purchased item in its original brand packaging. Depending on the brand and product type, some items may also include a dust bag, box, protective pouch, or additional branded accessories.

4. Can packaging be personalized?

Not at this time. Orders are shipped in their original brand packaging only.

5. Will multiple items arrive together?

In some cases, yes. However, if your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on operational handling, packaging requirements, or fulfillment flow. All available tracking details will be provided.

6. Where are orders shipped from?

Orders are fulfilled through our exclusive warehouse and fulfillment structure in Italy and are shipped via DHL Express.

7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. For full destination-based shipping information, please visit our Shipping Rates page.

8. Are duties and import taxes included?

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, local sales taxes, and other destination-based charges are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

9. How are international orders shipped outside the European Union?

Orders shipped outside the European Union are generally sent on a DDU / DAP basis, meaning any applicable import charges must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.

10. Will I have to pay customs charges in the United States?

Possibly. Some shipments to the United States may clear without additional charges, but this cannot be guaranteed. Import treatment may vary depending on the order value, product category, and current customs regulations.

11. Can customs request additional information?

Yes. In certain countries, customs authorities or the carrier may request additional information such as a tax identification number, national ID, or supporting import documentation to complete customs clearance.

12. Are the items authentic?

Yes. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we offer.

13. International Shipping, Customs & Return-To-Sender

International luxury shipments may require customs clearance, import duty payment, delivery confirmation, or additional carrier verification before final delivery can be completed.

Customers are responsible for actively monitoring DHL Express tracking updates, carrier emails, SMS notifications, and any customs-related communication associated with their shipment.

Failure to respond to carrier requests, unpaid import duties, refused delivery, incorrect shipping information, or abandoned shipments may result in delays, customs holds, storage procedures, or return-to-sender situations.

If a shipment is returned to sender due to failed delivery, unpaid duties, refusal, or lack of customer response, additional international shipping, customs, carrier handling, administrative, return processing, or reimportation costs may apply and may be deducted from the final refund amount where permitted.

Please note that original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, carrier administrative fees, and destination-related charges are generally non-refundable once international shipping procedures have begun.

14. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept approved return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

15. What if I change my mind and want a different item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order separately, subject to availability.

16. Where do returns go?

Approved returns are generally sent back to our distribution center in Milan, Italy, which is also the origin point from which orders are typically dispatched.
