At URBALENTI™, shipping is handled with clarity, care, and attention to detail. All orders are fulfilled from our dedicated warehouse in Milan, Italy and shipped worldwide via DHL Express.

URBALENTI™ is an independent luxury fashion retailer based in New York City, curating authentic designer fashion through a refined urban perspective. All orders are prepared and dispatched from Milan, Italy.

Ships from Milan, Italy via DHL Express. Full tracking included from dispatch to delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. Some destinations may have restrictions due to customs regulations or carrier limitations.

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping is currently unavailable for that location.

Import Duties & TaxesDuties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We offer duty payment assistance upon request.
Low-Value SupplementA small $20 logistics fee may apply when items from the same designer are under $200. This helps us maintain competitive pricing on single items.

Orders Outside the EU

Orders are shipped on a DDU/DAP basis. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in the shipping cost.

Orders Within the EU

No additional customs duties apply. The shipping rate already includes the applicable 22% VAT.

Orders to the United States

Duties and import taxes are not included. Some orders may clear without extra charges, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Customs Requirements

Some countries may require additional information such as tax ID, national ID, or customs declarations for clearance.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. They may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

URBALENTI™ is responsible for:

  • Providing authentic luxury products sourced through authorized distribution channels.
  • Preparing and dispatching approved orders through international shipping carriers such as DHL Express.
  • Providing shipment tracking information once an order has been dispatched.
  • Assisting customers with general shipment support and carrier communication when reasonably possible.
  • Providing approved return instructions for eligible returns in accordance with our published return policy.
  • Communicating important operational updates related to shipping, customs, delivery status, or return procedures when applicable.

2. Responsibilities of the Customer

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges responsibility for:

  • Monitoring shipment tracking updates during transit.
  • Reviewing email notifications, SMS alerts, and carrier communications sent by DHL Express or customs authorities.
  • Responding promptly to customs clearance requests, carrier verification requests, or delivery-related notifications.
  • Paying applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, VAT, or carrier administrative fees required by the destination country where applicable.
  • Ensuring the shipping address, phone number, and email address provided at checkout are accurate and accessible.
  • Remaining available for delivery coordination, signature requirements, or customs-related communication during the shipment process.

3. Customs Clearance & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs processing fees
  • VAT
  • Destination taxes
  • Carrier administrative charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and customs authorities and are not controlled directly by URBALENTI™. Customs procedures and import requirements vary by country and may occasionally delay delivery timelines.

4. DHL Express & Delivery Procedures

DHL Express may contact the customer directly regarding:

  • Import duty payments
  • Customs verification
  • Address confirmation
  • Delivery scheduling
  • Signature authorization
  • Shipment release procedures

Failure to respond to DHL communications may result in shipment delays or customs holds.

5. Return-To-Sender (RTS) Situations

A shipment may be returned to sender if:

  • Import duties or customs charges remain unpaid.
  • The customer does not respond to carrier or customs communication.
  • Delivery is refused.
  • The shipment remains unclaimed or abandoned.
  • Delivery attempts fail repeatedly.

Return-to-sender procedures may involve additional carrier handling, international transit costs, customs processing, storage charges, or reimportation procedures.

6. Reimportation Fees & International Return Costs

International luxury shipments returned to origin may be subject to:

  • Reimportation fees
  • Customs processing costs
  • Carrier administrative charges
  • Brokerage fees
  • International return handling expenses

These charges may apply independently of URBALENTI™ and are determined by shipping carriers and customs authorities.

7. Packaging, Tags & Product Condition

All products must remain unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging condition to qualify for return review and inspection.

Original luxury packaging, authenticity materials, dust bags, branded boxes, and accessories should be preserved whenever possible.

8. International Shipping Acknowledgment

By placing an international order with URBALENTI™, the customer acknowledges and accepts that international luxury shipping may involve customs procedures, carrier verification requests, import charges, operational delays, return procedures, and destination-country regulations beyond the direct control of the retailer.
