How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and order verification. Delivery timing after dispatch depends on DHL Express transit times and the destination country.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Will multiple items arrive together?

Orders shipped outside the European Union are generally sent on a DDU / DAP basis. Any applicable import charges must be paid by the recipient before delivery.
