All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be entirely unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their exact original condition with all security tags, labels, dust bags, authenticity cards, and packaging intact.

Return Shipping Fee Structure

Return shipping costs reflect the actual, non-subsidized two-way logistics expenses charged by our fulfillment partner to safely return items to Milan, Italy. While URBALENTI™ NYC subsidizes outbound shipping at checkout, return transit costs remain the responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the final refund based on the original delivery destination:

Additional Return Fees & Deductions

Unless a return is required due to a verified fulfillment, supplier, or system mistake on our part, all approved returns are subject to the following structural deductions from the final refund amount:

• Payment Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee equal to 4% of the original order value is deducted, as our financial gateways do not return transaction fees upon reversal.
• Italian Reimportation & Customs Charges: For packages entering Italy from outside the European Union, dynamic fees (customs clearance, reimport duties, local VAT, brokerage fees, or courier admin costs) may apply. These charges are evaluated case-by-case by Italian customs authorities upon border entry and cannot be calculated in advance; the exact amount will be deducted from your final credit once processed.

Important Logistics Notes

Prepaid Authorized Labels: If your return is approved, URBALENTI™ NYC will issue an official prepaid tracked return shipping label. Returns must be sent exclusively via this label. Packages dispatched through independent shipping services, sent without explicit prior authorization, or delivered to non-authorized addresses will be systematically refused and will forfeit refund eligibility.

Lost Return Shipments: URBALENTI™ NYC assumes no operational or financial liability for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit if our provided return label and tracking instructions are not followed precisely.

Non-Refundable Initial Costs: Original outbound shipping fees, previously incurred customs duties, destination sales taxes, or carrier admin fees paid directly to DHL Express or local customs authorities are strictly non-refundable through URBALENTI™ NYC. Depending on local federal statutes, clients may request arancelary reimbursement directly from their local municipal customs office.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact our Client Care team before initiating or shipping any return procedures to ensure your return fees are waived.
